To be honest, ordering from you guys was an ordeal. When I purchased the product, I assumed it was in stock - this was not the case. Advance sales are OK, but it was then four months I had to wait, and communicating with you was like pulling teeth. Your poor front desk/phone support girl must have told me eight times that someone would call me back, but I never got one. Eventually you identified some of your production problems, ok, it happens, but then I was offered Euro RGBs that did not actually use the LED Hue controller, and the lighting patterns are rather limited (~4 patterns total really, repeating across the app controller); only accepted because I had to wait so damn long and was assured these lights are "the same thing" - they are not, and I regret not waiting for actual programmable RGB lights. Also, when you did finally send them, you sent the wrong ones, and we all had to do a FedEx overnight fire drill. Honestly, I want to like you guys and your products, but you run your business like scamming clowns. Tighten up your operations, don't get over your skis, and we can try again some day.
