Featuring revised exhaust ports moved 1.5" horizontally, this design improves exhaust flow efficiency, but requires custom exhaust manifolds or headers. The intake valve diameter has been increased to 2.20", while the exhaust valve diameter measures 1.60", enhancing overall combustion performance. Interlocking valve seat rings and back-cut intake valves further optimize airflow for maximum power output.
This race-ready head is constructed from 356 aluminum, heat-treated to T-6 specs, and features an extra-thick 3/4" deck for increased strength, stability, and durability, allowing for additional porting and deck milling. Despite these upgrades, it retains stock rocker arm, intake port, and spark plug tip locations for compatibility with factory components.
