Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Pre-Order Shipping:
Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page, typically 8-16 weeks after purchase. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to your pre-order status.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer free shipping on all orders within the lower 48 states of the United States. We currently offer one standard shipping service with the following delivery estimate:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
Shipping Outside the Lower 48 States:
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, a surcharge may apply. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us directly.
Customs Brokers:
For any international orders, customers are required to hire a customs broker to manage the import process. It is the customer's responsibility to handle all customs procedures, and we are not responsible for hiring a customs broker or managing customs clearance on the customer's behalf.
Shipping Damages & Liability:
Although we strive to package items appropriately to prevent damage, we are not responsible for any damages caused by any freight/LTL carrier or other delivery services such as FedEx or UPS. We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery. If damage occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If your claim is not immediately filed it may result in a denial of your claim. Most carbon fiber is shipped with insurance as they are typically high value.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier for assistance.
Storage Fees:
If a package is held by the carrier and storage fees are applied, we are not responsible for any storage fees related to the customer's order. It is the customer's responsibility to resolve any issues directly with the carrier. Auto Addict USA's approval may be required to release a package. If this is required by the carrier please contact sales@autoaddictusa.com or call us directly for immediate assistance.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pre-Order Shipping Terms:
- Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping times.
- Any changes to shipping information for pre-orders must be requested prior to shipment.
Additional Shipping Information:
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
