All in-stock ground items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
LTL/Freight Shipments:
All regular LTL/Freight shipments take an average of 3-5 business days to process, book carrier pickup, and ship. Shipping times for LTL shipments vary by location. From our data, the average shipping time is: West Coast: 3-5 business days, Midwest: 5-7 business days, Mid East: 5-9 business days, East Coast: 7-10 business days. You must include a valid phone number with your order if you are purchasing an item being shipped LTL so that the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery. Auto Addict USA is not responsible for storage charges in the event of a carrier not being able to reach you. Carbon Fiber Products:
All carbon fiber products take between 7-14 business days on average to process if the item is in stock. Due to the fragile nature of these products, additional handling and inspection are required to meet Auto Addict USA's quality control standards. Processing times may extend during peak periods as the shipping process is more complex for these items. At peak times this time frame may be extended due to a high order volume that requires to be processed. We will always process orders in the order that it has been received.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page, typically 8-16 weeks after purchase. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to production delays and shipment delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your pre-order status.
Expedited Shipping:
If you require expedited processing for your order, we can assist with expedited handling times for an additional fee. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
Shipping Outside the Lower 48 States:

International Shipping Policy:

Customs Brokers:
For any international orders, customers are required to hire a customs broker to manage the import process. It is the customer's responsibility to handle all customs procedures, and we are not responsible for hiring a customs broker or managing customs clearance on the customer's behalf.
Shipping Damages & Liability:
Although we strive to package items appropriately to prevent damage, we are not responsible for any damages caused by any freight/LTL carrier or other delivery services such as FedEx or UPS. We recommend inspecting all packages upon delivery. If damage occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If your claim is not immediately filed, it may result in a denial of your claim. Most carbon fiber products are shipped with insurance as they are typically high value. Auto Addict USA offers package protection insurance with a licensed and bonded insurance company named Route. Auto Addict USA is not responsible for denied claims, and by purchasing package protection, you agree to hold Auto Addict USA harmless of any losses that occur in transit or claim denial. Auto Addict USA is not responsible for lost or damaged products if you choose not to purchase package protection insurance.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier for assistance.
Storage Fees:
If a package is held by the carrier and storage fees are applied, Auto Addict USA is not responsible for any storage fees related to the customer's order. It is the customer's responsibility to resolve any issues directly with the carrier. Auto Addict USA's approval may be required to release a package. Return Shipping:

Of course it looks great. The fitment is pretty good. Particularly the trim around the headlights aren't quite flush against the lights but it's not very noticeable. The mounting points for the harness don't align with the default positioning of the OEM harness but it didn't end up being a big deal. I do wish it extended down a little further so it was more in line with the side skirt level.

I bought a front bumper for my Camaro, and I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, the material feels solid, and it gave my car exactly the look I was going for. The fit was great, and overall I’m really satisfied with my purchase.
The only thing I think could be improved is the order tracking. I picked it up in-store, and I had to call to find out if it was ready because the tracking wasn’t updated. As soon as I called, they confirmed it was ready, and I was able to pick it up the same day without any issues.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy from AutoAddictUSA again. Highly recommended!

This bumper is definitely eye-catching and exactly what my 2014 Camaro needed to complete the aggressive look. I’ve always loved the appearance of the 6th gen Camaros, so being able to get that same style on my 5th gen made it completely worth it.
Assembly can be a little time-consuming, but with patience and a little muscle, it all comes together nicely. The fitment turned out great and completely transformed the front end of the car. I’ve already gotten a ton of compliments on it.

I liked the bumper, the bad thing is that when I bought it, it adds the fog light, then they told me that the design of the bumper did not carry the fog light, the assistants who told me that he would warn his boss for the refound, but I never got there! , I called several times, more I never received the refund, the bumper arrived in good condition and I liked it, for that reason I do not give it 5 stars

My car recently suffered hail damage and i decided to replace the damaged panels myself. Which prompted me to purchase this bumper.
Let me just say this front bumper is worth every penny. It is durable and a direct fit! I replaced the whole front end and out of all of the body panels - this front bumper was the easiest to install. Everything lined right up.
I've worked with fiberglass and urethane bodykits before and this required absolutely no fabrication. I didnt have to drill any holes, no self tapping screws, no sanding, no fiberglass or body filler needed to correct any imperfections.
My order came missing the fog light/drl passenger bezel. Auto Addict immediately shipped out the missing piece, no hassle. Customer service was fantastic.
This bumper with 6th gen headlights, fog lights and some sideskirts has completely transformed my car. Its a head turner. Wheels are next and I will continue to do business with auto addict.

shipping was fast and I love the way it looks. It gives it a way more aggressive looks and everyone was very helpful. When I had questions they would send pictures or even videos to my email. When putting it together the only problem I had was when it arrived I had to pay a little extra to the painters because some pieces arrived damaged so they had to be sanded down where it wasn’t a major problem but something I didn’t expect but overall, I would definitely do it again. I plan on buying the side skirts very soon.
